Nawaz Sharif likely to meet Manmohan, to raise dones issue at UN: Masood Khan

NEW YORK, Sept 23 (INP): Pakistan's Permanent Representative to UN Ambassador Masood Khan said on the occasion of United Nations General Assembly session‚ Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif will highlight damages caused by drones in Pakistan.

In an interview with State Television in New York‚ Masood Khan said a meeting is likely between Nawaz Sharif and his Indian counterpart Manmohan Singh‚ in which matters relating to promotion of bilateral ties and peace are likely to be discussed.

The Ambassador said Nawaz Sharif will also highlight measures taken by Pakistan for peaceful and stable Afghanistan.

He said during his visit‚ Prime Minister will also attend three Summit Forums and hold meetings with different world leaders.
