Hearing of application against election of CM held

QUETTA Mar 26 (PPI): A division bench of High Court of Balochistan held hearing of application filed against election of Abdu Quddus Bizenjo as provincial Chief Minister was held here Monday. Bench comprised Chief Justice Muhamamd Noor Muskanzai and Justice Zaheeruddin Kakar.
Noted lawyer contented that after statement of former leader of opposition Chief Minster has lost majority in the House. He should either take vote of confidence from the House or tender resignation.
Durign hearing Additional Advocate General appeared for the State. He requested the Court to grant time for filing reply. Court agreed with him and adjourned the hearing till April 2, 2018.
