2 girls die of measles in Sherani

SHERNAI Jan 9 (PPI): Two girls died of measles in Sherani area while over a dozen were suffering from the disease.
Vie Chairman UC Saraki Shah Muhammad two girls Fatima (3) and Ayesha (2) died of measles in Village Wala Shahal of Sherani District. He said over a dozen children had suffered from measles and pneumonia in the area and there is apprehension of more deaths.
Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Hayat Kakar told that medical team along with medicines has been sent to the area. He would also visit the area along with DHO.
District Health Office Dr Arif Shah told that cause of death is premature to ascertain. Our team was ascertaining the diseases along with treatment of affected children.
