All Pakistan Oil Tankers Association goes on strike

QUETTA Jan 3 (PPI): All Pakistan Oil Tankers Association went on strike in protest of impounding oil tanker by Customs officials. Several petrol pumps in Quetta and other parts of the province were closed.
According to All Pakistan Oil Tankers Association suspended supply of oil in Balochistan. Association officers have alleged that Customs were impounding their oil tankers without any justification. Talks were held with Customs officials and they were not adopting positive behaviour. Supply has been suspended in the province in protest.
Due to strike petrol was becoming short in supply in the province.
Oil Tankers Association has hinted if oil tankers captured were not freed and Customs officials did not mend they would suspend supply all over the country.
