AC returns plea bargain request with objection

QUETTA Jan 2 (PPI): Accountability Court returned plea bargain request of main accused in Balochistan Mega Corruption case Mushtaq Raisani by raising an objection.
According to details Mushtaq Raisani main accused in Balochistan Mega Corruption case filed an application for plea bargain in the accountability Court.
Judge Abdul Majeed Nassar raised an objection on the application and returned it. Court in its objection said that there is no connection between benami accounts. Court should be given details of these accounts.
