Six FC men injured in bomb explosion

QUETTA Jan 2 (PPI): Six FC personnel were injured in bomb explosion along Western By Pass here Monday.
According to details militants planted an explosive device at the FC firing range at Karkhasa along Western By Pass here today. It went off which was heard at distance places. Six personnel of Frontier corps were injured while their vehicle was also damaged.
On information rescue teams reached the scene and shifted injured to BMC Hospital and after medical aid three of them were shifted to CMH and 3 others to FC hospital for treatment.
Those injured included Naib Subedar Shafi, Nike Abdul Lateef, Havildar Awarur Rehman, Sepoy Saifur Rehman, Qasim and Raza Shahzad.
DIG Quetta Police Abdul Razzaq Cheema speaking with Media said that terrorist carried out explosion by remote control in which 10 Kg explosive was used.
Commissioner Quetta Amjad Ai Khan who also visited the site told Newsmen that terrorists were being faced at every level. They were retreating and were committing terrorist act in such area which are not in domain.
