QUETTA Dec 27 (PPI): Corruption is cancer that has hollowed basis of country. Those went to homes after corruption would not be spared at any cost. Situation in the country has changed Some Ministers want amendment in plea bargain law.

These views were expressed by President Mamnoon Hussain while speaking with Newsmen at Governor House during his visit Tuesday.

President said jihad against corruption is part of his eman. Those committed corruption in any part of the country would not be spared. There is scope of improvement in NAB laws including plea bargain and ministers have expressed their reservations over them. These laws would be improved soon. It is our strive to highlight good of NAB laws so that NAB moral against corruption is raised.

He said Pakistan economy was now heading towards stabilizing. Country’s foreign exchange reserves have risen than 24 billion dollars while government has secured 15 billion dollar loans and 10 billions of these have been paid back.

World was appreciating government’s economic policies and improvement in Pakistan economy that has no example in the past.

Answering a question President Mamnoon said law enforcement agencies were working on National Action Plan and its positive results are clear.

Lawlessness was minimizing and situation was improving gradually. Tragic incidents have gripped four provinces including Balochistan. Terrorism is not only problem of Pakistan but of the world as a whole.

He said CPEC is projects of whole region including Pakistan. Making is successful in every case not a single inch of its route has been changed. Balochistan youth would benefit form economic corridor. With the start of the project trade activities were increasing in Balochistan while more steps would be taken for improving law and order.
