President - Quaid’s birthday ceremony

QUETTA Dec 27 (PPI): Not a single inch change has been brought to China Pak Economic Corridor. Completion of this important project not only Balochistan but whole of Pakistan would move on development and Pakistan would become economic hub of entire region. Present government was striving no part of the country is deprived form the CPEC. Those spreading rumours against this should think of country’s development giving up wrong way. State institutions ensure security to interest of the country including Balochistan for establishing peace and order and economic corridor.
This was stated by President Mamnoon Hussain while addressing a ceremony in connection with Birthday of Quaid e Azam at Governor House here Tuesday.
President said Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah had special love with Soil of Balochistan and its people and forecast he made about Balochistan was not becoming reality. He said Quaid e Azam always came to Balochistan visit and it was reflection of his love To Balochistan. This is the reason despite coalition government Muslim League secured all the seats in local bodies election of Quetta in 1946 and sent new spirit in freedom movement. He said like youngsters of Balochistan elderly people wee not less than any one.
President Mamnoon said Father of Nation had special love or Balochistan. He always said Balochistan was future of Pakistan and its people were very close to his heart.
About CPEC President said would play key role in progress and prosperity of Balochistan and he clearly state on the soil of Balochistan that no change has been made in CPEC route and it would ensure that not only Balochistan but no part of the country is deprived of fruit of this important project. He said he had earlier stated here if Balochistan is deprived of benefits of CPEC then we need not this corridor. He still adheres to his statement and makes it clear that State and its functionaries would secure interest of the country including Balochistan about CPEC. He said timely completion of CPEC and other development projects is judicious distribution of its fruits is responsibility of leaders of the country and they would definitely discharge their duty rightly but above all it is your responsibility to get prepared for possibilities of development going to create in the province.
President said he has directed NEWTECH to prepare special courses and programmes for triaging of youth in Balochistan for marine, trade, shipping, tourism, security to cultural inheritance, preparation of food according to international standard and marketing sectors so that they could get maximum opportunities for employment.
President said he has also directed National University of Modern Languages (NUML) to setup its campus in Gwadar for learning of Chinese language. He for providing funds to Campus for learning Chinese language he has curtailed President House expenditures and provided huge money for this.
He aid previous law and order situation in Balochistan was not satisfactorily but National Action Plan undertaken during present government was yielding encouraging results. Business activities were gaining momentum and people’s confidence was enhancing which is good sign.
School children sung national songs and presented cultural shows of Balochistan on the occasion.
