RAWALPINDI, Sept 27 (INP): Naanbais Welfare Union Rawalpindi has demanded of the government to increase the price of bread (roti) to Rs10 per piece.

Office bearers of the union said that prices of flour, gas and petroleum products have increased, therefore prices of bread, naan and paratha should also be increased.

They said that price of bread in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is Rs10, while they were still selling it at Rs7.

They said that if the district administration did not increase the prices, they would raise the prices on Eid-ul-Azha on their own.
