PR before was like an ICU patient: Saad Rafiq

HYDERABAD, 25 Apr (Online): Federal minister for Pakistan Railways (PR), Khawaja Saad Rafiq has said that, when PR was handed over to him, it was like a patient in ICU (intensive care unit), now in normalcy.
