BA passes resolutions

QUETTA mar 29 (PPI): Balochistan Assembly here Saturday adopted four resolutions.
A joint resolution was moved by Izhar Hussain Khosa, Abdul Majid Abro, Tariq Magsi, Asim Kurd Galloo, Haji Muhammad Khan Lehri and Ms Rahat Bibi Jamali.
It said uprising of any society is linked with higher education and our provincial was also according top priority to education because of its sincerity with it. Due to location of institutions of higher education are distant places majority of people in the province are deprived of higher education. For example Naziabad Division including Dera Murad Jamali, Jhal Magsi, Usta Muhammad, Dera Allah Yar, Gandava, Jaffarabad, Bolan and Sohbatpur is more prosperous division but unfortunately students here are deprived of higher education due to non availability of higher education means.
The House recommends to provincial government to immediately setup University Campus at Naziabad.
Asim Kurd Gallo, Abdul Karim Nosherwani, Mohtarma Shahida Rauf, William Barkat, Hendri Masih, Maulana Abdul Wasay also spoke in favour of resolution.
Another Joint resolution moved by PMAP MPAsSardar Mustafa Tareen, Sardar Raza Barech, Nasrullah Zere, Manzoor Ahmed Kakar and National Party members Rehmat Saleh Baloch, Nawab Muhammad Khan Shahwani, Khalid Langov and Fateh Muhammad Buledi said population in Quetta has touched a mark of three million souls. Quetta has always been ignored in the past. Besides other problems roads very often remain blocked due to bigger population and traffic particularly traffic remains jam along Sariab road, Eastern By pass and Western By pass. It creates mental worries for the people and wastage of time.
The House recommends to the Provincial government to take measures for widening Sariab road, Eastern and Western by Passes and Quetta Package should be included in the PSDP of 2014-15.
Through another resolution House demanded immediate probe into record breaking corruption of previous government. It said billions of rupees schemes exist ion papers but practically there seems nothing on the ground. There prevails disappointment and unrest among the masses. To remove these corruptions should be immediately probed by investigation agencies and responsible should be bound to complete all incomplete schemes.
Fourth resolution was moved by Dr Hamid Achakzai, Sardar Mustafa Tareen, Obedullah Babat, Majeed Achakzai, Nasrullah Zere and Manzoor Ahmed Kakar recommended to the provincial government that opium crops should be destroyed in the province with immediate effect and immediate action should be taken against drug mafia without taking any account into consideration. Moreover Charas factories in District Killa Abdullah should also be completely eliminated.
