BA passes three bills, 2 to come on Saturday

QUETTA Jan 28 (PPI): Balochistan Assembly passed three bills here Tuesday while two would come up for consideration on Saturday.
Provincial Home Minister Sarfraz Ahmed Bugti moved the House to pass Relief and Rehabilitation of Terrorism hit People bill 2014 in the House.
Adviser on Education Sardar Raza Barech moved the House to adopt Balochistan Compulsory Education bill 2014. House passed it without any opposition.
Provincial Minister for Food Izhar Hussain Khosa asked the House to pass Balochistan Food Authority Act 2014 in the House. It was also passed unanimously.
The same Minister tabled Prevention of Domestic Violence and security bill 2014.
Balochistan Prevention of Domestic Violence and security bill 2014 and Sardar Bahadur Khan Women University (amendment) bill 2014 moved the in the House on Jan 25 were deferred for passage till Saturday. Female MPAs Raheela Durrani, Yasmeen Lehri, Husn Bano, Leader of Opposition Mualana Abdul Wasay suggested the said bill should be referred to Special committee for further consideration as members need further study of the bills.
House was then adjourned till January 29
